Business Account Executives:

BAE's at MPI are fully trained in all aspects of relationship building as well as customer service and are provided opportunities to transition into an Executive Management Role. Our Executives focus on developing the necessary tools to be successful long-term within a professional environment.  We believe in performance and merit.  What this means is that our employees are given the tools they need to advance, but can do this at their own pace based on their experience level. As consultants, our primary focus is representing a global brand with unparralleled customer care. Once these skills are developed and effectively executed, our Account Executives take on more training and development to grow their management skills. 

Senior Account Executive
Our account executives are typically responsible for client servicing and client acquisition. The account executive serves as the direct link between the existing client and their customer base, managing day-to-day affairs and ensuring customer satisfaction. The word "executive" in this instance means to "execute" - that is he/she is mostly responsible for more practical parts of the advertising jobs. The account executive is also tasked with bringing more clients into the agency to increase revenue. The account executive will typically have 5-10 assistants and reports to the CEO.

Assistant Manager
In addition to being responsible for day to day operations, the Assistant Manager is also tasked with leading corporate training, managing employees as well as assisting in hiring and development. Our Assistant Managers have fine tuned the 'Work smarter, Not harder' mentality. At this level it is all about refining time management, relationship building, hiring and
